The circular duct spiral-lock TSZ Standard series of circular ducts allows you to quickly and economically mount a strong, well-sealed ventilation system in industrial and civil construction. The air ducts are made of galvanized steel in accordance with the requirements of CH and P. The connection of the air ducts is nipple using silicone sealant and fixed with screws or rivets. Due to the high quality of the seam joints, the designs of the fittings and the tightness of the nipple connection, air leaks and pressure losses in the network are reduced, noise characteristics are improved. With equal throughput in comparison with rectangular air ducts, round air ducts have less weight. With equal requirements for thermal and fire insulation, a thinner layer of it is sufficient for round ducts than for rectangular ones. In general, circular ducts of small and medium diameter (up to 500 mm) are more economical than similar rectangular ones. To attach the shaped part to the circular duct, a connecting element is not needed, since the design of all shaped parts provides for mating dimensions. All connecting elements have a spare part, which facilitates the assembly of the system at the facility.
